Regular Check-Ins & Daily Support

We’re in touch with our clients, families and clients' stakeholders every single week—often more! Whether it’s a friendly check-in, helping out with a routine, or simply being a trusted face, we’re always around. Most days, we also touch base with parents or carers to keep the lines of communication open and reassure them their loved ones are thriving.

Monthly Reports

Every month, we put together a detailed report that highlights our clients’ progress, challenges, and goals. These reports are shared with families and stakeholders to make sure everyone is informed and working together to support the individual’s journey.

Stakeholder Collaboration

We work closely with a wide network of professionals—like dietitians, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioners, speech therapists, and psychologists—to ensure our clients’ quality of life is the best it can be. We’re the glue that brings everyone together!

Appointments & Community Access

From booking appointments (GPs, dental, psych, you name it!) to physically supporting clients to attend them, we’re there every step of the way. And when it’s time for community access, we plan meaningful, age-appropriate activities that build confidence and connection.

Mental Health & Crisis Support

All our Service Coordinators are trained in Mental Health First Aid and drug and alcohol intervention, so we’re prepared to respond with compassion and care when things get tough. We’re not just support—we’re safe support.

Healthy Lifestyle & Wellness

We encourage and support daily exercise, a balanced diet, and healthy routines that empower our clients to feel strong and well. Whether it's helping plan meals, encouraging hydration, or just getting outside for some sunshine, we’re on it!
